Hi Everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you a couple vinyl projects that I have recently done. I found the water bottles at the dollar store and I have had the bag in a closet for a few years. The font on the bag is Curlz and I used Heat Transfer Vinyl. The font on the water bottles is Waltograph. I didn't use the special outdoor vinyl because I plan on hand washing the bottles and it is stuck on there pretty good. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher though.
The bag is a little dirty but that is because we have been using it a lot ;-) My boys love that their water bottles have their names on them!
Have a great day!

Find Joy Everyday
Happy Friday!
I absolutely love my Pink by Design stamps! The stamp quality is unbeatable and I love all of the different sentiments. We have a lady in our church right now who is struggling with some health issues and I wanted to send her a card to let her know that we are thinking about her. I found this cute little frog jumping into a puddle in the silhouette store and knew it would be perfect.
I kept this card really simple. I used my Enjoy the journey, Giant Greetings, and Love Always stamp sets for the sentiments. The yellow paper was in my stash and I just embossed it with my cuttlebug for a little more texture.

I hope it will brighten her day.

Awesome lighting idea
Hi Everyone,
I was browsing around on the silhouette flickr group yesterday and came across a really cute idea that I wanted to try. It took no time at all because I had everything I needed and love how it turned out.
What you will need:
Words or designs cut out on cardstock (don't necessarily need an electronic cutter for this)
Repositional spray adhesive
lamp shade
Before Pic:
All you do is lay out your design face up, spray with adhesive and stick it to the inside of your lamp shade. I did it while it was on so I could make sure the placement is how I wanted it. The best part is, if you mess up or don't want it on anymore, just peel it off. Make sure it isn't touching your light bulb for any reason also just to be safe.
Here is what it looks like when the light gets turned on:
I found this in the silhouette store and thought it would be perfect for my bedroom lamp. My husband thought I had worked so hard to make it but it took less than 10 minutes ;-)
Have a wonderful weekend,

Mother's Day Card
Good Morning!
Today I have a super quick card for you that I bought from the silhouette online store. All I had to add was the card base, ribbon and sentiment!
I love how the silhouette cuts out the dots and everything! I used my white gel pen, twine and button to add a little more detail and finished it off with sentiments from "Pink by Design". The stamp sets I used are "Love Always" and "Favorite Kind".

I put this together for my husband to send to his mom for Mother's day! I hope she likes it ;-)

Glass etching vinyl
Hi Everyone!
We were invited to a birthday party this weekend for a 1 year old. I always have a hard time buying a gift because I know they are going to get so many toys and usually there are duplicates. I decided to make a gift that would be cute in the little guy's room. I found this floating frame at Michaels 50% off and used my glass etching vinyl that I got from craftvinyl.com to personalize it.
I didn't have any pictures of the little guy so I used his invitation. I am also giving his mom pre-cut vinyl with other numbers so she can change it out for years to come. That is the best part of this etching vinyl (It can be changed!)
The fonts I used were Qumpelka#12 for the top and Playball for the bottom.
Sarah over at http://www.pinkcricut.com did a cute floating frame with their individual names and I wanted to try it out also. I found this floating frame on clearance at Michaels for $7.99 and used my etching vinyl with it. Same fonts as above. I put an 8x10 photo inside ;-)

It's Their Year!
Happy Friday!
I have a fun project to share with you today. My husband is a huge Cubs fan and he is always saying "it's their year!" I decided to make my boys t-shirts with the Cubs logo and say "Daddy says it's their year". They turned out really cute and they don't want to take them off :-)
Have a great weekend!

My husband loved it! I think I need to make one for me to wear when I go to the Cubs game with him ;-)
Have a great weekend!

Teacher Appreciation
Hi Everyone!
This week is teacher appreciation week! As most of you know, I am married to a teacher and wanted to do something special for him. He takes his lunch to school with him everyday so I packed his lunch last night but added this fun little treat for him to find at lunch time ;-)
The sentiment is from Pink by Design and I thought it was perfect for my guy!
I filled it with hershey kisses and mini snickers (his favorite!)
He texted me a little while ago after he opened his lunch and let me know how much he loved it :-) It's always nice for someone to hear they are appreciate! I encourage you to try to do something kind for someone this week when they aren't expecting it. It will make their day and be a blessing to you also!
Have a great day!
