Fun Halloween gift ideas

Hi Everyone!

I have been so busy updating my facebook with all of my projects that I have neglected my blog :-( I am definitely going to do better, I promise!! If you are on facebook though come like my page, it is creatively crafty and I upload a lot of my projects on there and would love to be friends!!

I have three cute halloween gift ideas to share with you today.

The first is a fun idea that I found today at Pink Buckaroos blog. These are the cutest little gift holders for small lotion, anti bacterial soap or fingernail polish.

Next is a cute idea I found on a blog hop a few days ago. I can't remember whose blog I was on at the time but I will look for it again and pass on the link.

Pumpkin Poop

Isn't that the cutest idea!! Apparently there is also Turkey and Elf poop so I will update as I get those :-)

And finally, here is a sucker holder by Papercrafts by Candace. She is super talented and shares how to do so many of her awesome ideas.

Here is one of the holders and they are super easy to make!

The Sentiment on the sucker holder is from www.pinkcricut.com She has a stamps called "Pink by Design". I was lucky enough to win a set :-) These are just some fun ideas that are fun to make, give, and receive :-) Thanks for looking! I promise there will be more really soon

In remembrance of September 11th

I wanted to take some time out and remember those that died on September 11th and those who protect us everyday. The USA is free because of the sacrifice of so many men and women!

Thank you!! You have not gone unnoticed and will not be forgotten!!

Stair Step Birthday Card

Hey everyone!
Today I am going to share a card that I made for my nephew who is turning one in a week! His birthday is a "Beach" theme so I like trying to coordinate :-) I used create a critter for everything but the clouds and the one which were plantin schoolbook. I then used my cuttlebug to give some texture to the clouds and waves. I inked the brown to make the sand look more life like. I used pop dots to give a lot more dimension and finished it off with stickles. The Happy Birthday is from a clear stamp set I found at Hobby Lobby (not the best quality but all I can really afford right now!) Thanks for looking!

Here is my first shot with vinyl. I am doing my son's room and it is completely sport themed. I wanted something that really stood out and this was perfect. I used Design studio and Cuttin Up. I love it!!

eco-friendly lunch box review from easylunchboxes.com

Eco-Friendly lunchbox review from
I don't know about you, but it seems like every year when school rolls around we are going out to buy another new lunch bag because the one from the year before is destroyed!! I have never been a fan of the bags we have had in the past because they don't hold very much! Here is a solution to that problem :-) http://www.easylunchboxes.com/ A mom just like many of us was struggling with packing her kids healthy lunches for school. She was always using baggies and just trying to make it work. Her solution: Eco-friendly lunch box and special containers to eliminate the use of bags.

I received a sample to try and I was really impressed! The bag itself is very roomy and fully lined to keep things cold or hot! I also received four containers with matching lids. The containers are wonderful because they are divided into 3 separate spaces. There is a large space for a sandwich, salad or other main course and two other spaces that you could put side items into. The food stays separated and fits perfectly into the bag leaving A LOT of room to add fruit, a thermos, or water bottle. I even was able to put more than one container in the lunch bag at a time and use it to take my little boys' lunch to the park!!

Here are some of the specifics from the website: " http://www.easylunchboxes.com/ offers a reusable, superior solution at a much lower price than other companies. Great for large families or those on a limited budges. FDA approved, no BPA, phthalates, lead, vinyl or PVC. Safe for dishwasher, microwave, and freezer" " The cooler bags are made from the highest quality 300D polyester for premium durability and toughness. Vinyl free (PVC free) & lead free, with an FDA compliant PEVA lining."

I LOVE my lunch bag and containers! Head on over to their website and check them out! They have many great colors to choose from. I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Pink Stamper Father's Day Challenge

http://www.pinkstamper.com/ is giving away a Cricut Expression!! All you have to do is create an original Father's Day card or layout and upload it to her site for a chance to win. My husband is a HUGE Cubs Fan so I found this city outline on my potpourri cartridge that kind of looks like Chicago and then used the All Star and Baseball cut on potpourri cartridge! I used gold stickles for the window and the star to add a little sparkle! It will go great with his Cubs tickets he is getting for Father's Day!!
