Mickey Mouse Travel Journal

Happy Monday!
Awhile back, a friend of mine asked me if I could make her a trip journal for their upcoming trip to Disneyland.  She has an adorable 8 month old and wanted to put the highlights from his first trip all in one place.  I decided to try out a digital kit for some of the papers and  embellishments because I didn't want it to be too bulky.  I found the kit here!

I used my Silhouette to create this entire book.  The fonts are from my computer, a few images are from my cuttlebug folder, and the rest is done using the digital kit.  I laminated the front and back cover to give it more stability because she is taking it with them on their trip.  I then used my "bind it all" to hold it all together.  This book is 5"x7" (Perfect for traveling).  I created the journal pages on my silhouette by making my own lines and then fitting the digital images around them.

On this page I used my cuttlebug and die cuts I found at Big Lots a few years ago.

What a fun idea to keep your memories from "The Happiest Place on Earth"!

Mickey Mouse Baggage/Stroller tags

Hi Everyone!
I have a sweet friend who lives and breathes Disney and is getting ready to take her 8 month old to Disneyland!  She saw some adorable laminated Mickey Mouse tags on pinterest and asked if I  could make her some :-)

These are 4 1/4"x 3 1/2". I laminated them using my "Your Story" machine.  I wanted to make the most of my laminate page so I made a couple for us ;-)  She is going to tie them to their suitcases and the stroller at the park.  On the back she is going to put a sticker with her phone number on it!  I could have typed the information on the back but they have phone numbers changing soon.

Aren't they perfect or Disneyland?!?!

Italy Scrapbook Album using the Silhouette

Happy Friday,
As promised, here is the scrapbook I made for my sister from her Italy trip last summer.  I actually did the entire album in one day!!  The paper and stickers are from a destinations page kit I purchased from Hobby lobby, and everything else is from the Silhouette!

The album cover came with my "Your Story" bundle and the binding is phenomenal.  The pages aren't going anywhere.  I surprised my sister with the book while she was home visiting this week :-) She loved it!
